Jesse graduated from the journalism program at Rochester Institute of Technology, and is currently working as a communications specialist at Xerox. She also does occasional freelance work (writing and photography) at City Newspaper and the Democrat and Chronicle.
Jesse has been dancing and performing since June 2003; teaching dance since May 2006; a member of and teacher at Groove Juice Swing since Sept. 2008; and president/teacher of the RIT Swing Dance Club from Sept. 2008 through May 2010. She regularly attends dance events, workshops, and competitions around the US and Canada. Recent accomplishments include taking 1st place in the Jack and Jill and 2nd place in Solo Jazz at SparX 2012 (Cleveland) and taking 1st place in the Solo Charleston Challenge at Followlogie 2012 (Montreal).
Living in the city of Rochester, NY since September 2008, Jesse is loving everything it has to offer. The people are friendly and welcoming, the winters are harsh but most of the year the weather is beautiful, and there are a lot of fun and unique happenings around the area. She currently resides in the South Wedge neighborhood.
